Get Your Ducks in a Row for Some Fireworks!

On our Saturday morning walk around Cameron pond, the ducks and geese came over to visit.

A scarecrow next to the National Botanic Garden in Washington greeted us with open arms. Then we checked out the farmers market and the flea market near the Capitol--the Eastern Market.

Then a night of Fireworks--pizza.  Brendon and Ann took us to Leesburg for really good pizza! My favorite was the Gorgonzola with locally smoked bacon.

Vincent and Mona were there too.

A pineapple door knocker on the City Hall Annex of Leesburg. Pineapple is the symbol of hospitality. The Jones epitomize it.
