Tools


This morning I jump-roped 40, lifted 40, pushed-up 25, sat-up 30 and ran twice around the temple. (the black strap and watch tell me what my heart rate is. I start in the 70's and get it up to 164 as I run. Monday I get my 55 page personal program and latest results on LDL, HDL and Triglicerides.

I've never been able to do that many push-ups--can you do pull-ups, too?
