Seoul Cookin'

We found "Round Yams" yesterday and Sister Knudsen made a tempura batter to accompany their ultra white flesh. Plus a dipping sauce of soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Mmmmm!

The ingredients (top and bottom) for the fresh Spring rolls:mint, scallions,
carrot, cucumber, red and yellow peppers with a scattering of yellow ginger topped with noodles.

The paper thin rice paper is dipped in hot water to soften them and then the ingredients are added and the wrapper is folded burrito-style.
The finishing touch is a dipping of peanut sauce or Thai Sweet Chile sauce. Yum! Sister Jo and Sister Marsden are bringing an investigator for dinner and a discussion.

Wow, send directions on how to make these. Those are absolutely a work of art. Too bad I would eat them anyway. Hugs to you, Tina (Annsmominlaw)
