In memory of our trip to the South of France with my sisters, Karla, Kris and Charlotte, Rebecca made this tart Saturday night and we had the siblings and spouses up for a slice and some ice cream while we watched the Olympics. She got the receipe from Verlat, a restaurant in Paris. YUM!
