Florida Wild LIfe

No, I'm not talking about my grandchildren, though it could also apply to them, nor am I speaking of Ryan's outing to the Jacksonville Zoo with his 4 oldest daughters yesterday.
I'm referring to the black and white striped spider in the back yard that wove a conventional web and then did an additional embroidery on top about 3 inches long and 1/4 wide in a zig zag pattern using thicker "thread".
He/she hides behind it waiting for the unsuspecting insect that has a special interest in clever stitching. It worked for me. I wanted to get a closer look.

I've been checking your blog everyday to find out the name of baby Dill #5. Hurry Katy and Ryan. :) I know it's hard, it took us forever, too.
