Melons & Monsters

Saturday morning we loaded up the kids, the snacks, the water bottles, the diapers, the wipes, the map, the Korean CD, the Google directions and headed off to the Jacksonville Farmer's Market on Beaver Street.
We wandered the stalls visited with the vendors and bought a yellow watermelon picked by the purveyor, plus a giant mango, 3 other watermelon of the red variety, huge, smooth-skinned avocados, new potatoes, unusual beans, a case of blueberries, Georgia peaches,  and orange peppers. A good time was had by all. Lunch was at Wendy's (Pearl's choice) where the monster came with the kid's meal.  Katy, Ryan and baby Dill are doing well.  The milk is in and walks on the beach are too.
