K W Knudsen Highly Scented Homemade Root Beer


From a recipe in the latest issue of Saveur. It is made from Sarsparilla Root, Sassafrass Root, Licorice Root, fresh Ginger Root, Molasses, and Rock Canyon Spring Water. Come by in 5 days for your own bottle!

The fizz factor is from yeast--1/4teaspoon to 8quarts. I'll save you each a bottle! (Or make more) There's also vanilla in the mix
