Aaaarrrhg Matey!

The Fort at St. Augustine, Florida

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States.

We were docked next to this sailboat.  It was a memorial cruise. They were taking the remains of a man out to be buried at sea.

Katy and Ryan treated us to a Pirate Cruise! They raised the drawbridge to let our ship pass.

The cutest pirate on board.

YES!

There is some beautiful architecture in St. Augustine.  After the Pirate fun Claudette took us to Barnacle Bills for a lunch of hush puppies, fried shrimp onion rings and White Acre peas. After lunch we kissed and hugged the Dills goodbye and headed north.

A beauty of a bridge in South Carolina.
