In anticipation of his upcoming senate campaign Nebraska Governor Ben Nelson 'passed' a law in 1997 that would really speak to the rural roots of his constituents. (This sweater/shirt commemorates the bill).
Where was this when I was in Korea? I need one of these for my younger brother, who is the reigning champion "Tooter" on the Badali family! By the way, have you noticed the green busses that "toot?" We affectionately named them "Boyd" busses, after my younger brother, of course!
