Chokecherries?

We think these little jewels are chokecherries. There's a clump between our house and the freeway overpasses. They're really healthy, plump chokecherries that get plenty of water from the frequent rain storms. 50% of Korea's rainfall comes during July and August. This has been a particular wet monsoon season with major rainstorms in July. It's nice to cool things off, but of course the humidity can get pretty intense.
