Elder Wall, Jae Son, and Elder Mills.Jae Son brought us kimchi, dawk (gelatinous rice cake)
topped wth red bean paste, and these amazing little gingko nuts. The shell and the meat resemble pistachios in color. They taste a bit like slightly bitter pinenuts.
