Look to your star,
now look at Me,
now back to your star,
now back to ME.
Sadly, your star isn't mine
but if you put it in a box and sent it to me, it could be mine.
Look down,
back up.
Where are you?
You're in a post office
with the star you want to send me.
Whats in your hand?
(back at me)
I have it--
it's a box with space for your star.
Look again: the space is now filled with a diamond!
Anything is possible when you give a star to me.
I'm on a computer chair.
This plate is across the kitchen from the window where the "Lucy" stars sit. Every evening the sun's rays light up the stars and the "diamonds" cast rainbows across the room (and sometimes on to plates waiting for a strawberry shortcake or onto the real Lucy's head).
Jordan hosted a "Back to School Night" for her kids and we were invited!
Rebecca made the strawberry shortcake. I whipped the cream and no, those are not bug flecks in the cream, they're vanilla seeds.
A final note: check back for a new star giveaway in September.

Hahaha I love that comment!! Too good! Congratulations Paige. Wow that shortcake looks unbelievable - especially with the vanilla bean flakes.
I agree that hers was the most clever. Lucky Paige!
