Saturday morning, Jordan, Avery, Rebecca and I went to the Raleigh Farmer's Market. In addition to the usual--tomatoes, corn on the cob, cucumbers, blueberries, melons, squash and deep-fried peanuts in the shell--there were jars of golden honey, really spicy ginger ale and Easter eggplants. We sampled Amish cheese, muscadine grape slush, sweet juicy peaches, German pretzels, blackberries, Asiago cheese bread, and more. They had amazing perennials: fuschia phlox, hardy gardenias, foxglove, jasmine, and mimosa pudica (sensitivity plant).
I do believe we have moved to the right place.

Those look like eggs!
So, was the ginger ale spicier than Goya's?
I think Goya's Ginger is the "spicy" champion.
